Recovered from a hip injury that put her out of the recent commitments of the Brazilian team, the wing-spiker Fe Garay returned to practice with alongside her teammates on this Monday, in the preparations to the South American Championship.
The 28-year-old, who accompanied the National Team in the friendlies against Bulgaria in Maceió, was already feeling discomfort in the hip and after undergoing clinical tests it was found a stretch in iliofemural ligament, which made the wing-spiker to stay out of Rio International Cup and friendlies matches played in the Netherlands.
The olympic gold medalist in London was confident with the recovery and shows herself happy for the return to practice routine.
"It was a nag injury but i managed to recover well, respecting all the steps and on schedule, which is very good. I'm back to practice with the ball, i start in a slow pace and with a little discomfort in some movements, but very happy to return to training. I believe that by the end of the week i'll be much more confortable with all my movements. "
